These draft terms explain the storefront’s intended operation. The legal entity and final commercial terms require review before launch.
Using the storefront
Use accurate information, keep account credentials private, and do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content.
Products and orders
Product availability, sizes, descriptions, and prices are shown in MAD. Checkout first records an order awaiting confirmation. A Rafex delivery and tracking reference are created only after the customer confirms the order through the transactional WhatsApp message or an administrator confirms it manually. Obvious technical or pricing errors may require correction before fulfillment.
Intellectual property
The THRIFTS site, original branding, and site content may not be copied or reused without permission except where applicable law allows it.
