Shipping
THRIFTS delivers online orders within Morocco through Rafex Delivery. Delivery is included in the product price shown at checkout, with no separate shipping charge.
Order preparation
Products are printed on demand. After checkout, use the Confirm or Cancel button in the transactional WhatsApp message. Rafex preparation starts only after confirmation. You will also receive lifecycle updates when an email address is included with the order.
Delivery and tracking
Select an available city during checkout and provide a complete address and reachable WhatsApp phone number. A tracking number appears after the order is confirmed and Rafex accepts the delivery request; keep it for delivery questions.
Timing and fees
Delivery has no separate customer charge. The delivery estimate depends on the destination city and is provided through Rafex order updates once the parcel is dispatched.
